The Process
Becky takes all the details you provide and weaves them into a unique, one of a kind story specifically about your loved one. She treats each story like a puzzle...laying out all interesting facts and anecdotes before her, and then piecing them together into a clever poetic text that is guaranteed to make your reader smile.
Once the story is written, the verses are laid out across several pages, and original illustrations for each page are designed. When the composition of the book is complete with illustrations, a proof is sent to you for approval. Please be thorough in your critique and edit. Changes can be easily accommodated upon the first review, but edits that weren’t noted in the first review will incur the additional charge of $10 per edit. No edits can be made after final approval is provided.
Other Info
Photos must be provided for every character in the story for whom you’d like an illustration.
Becky reserves the right to request additional photos when necessary.
